Over 1,200 SYPs gathered for the 12th IEEE Tunisian Students and Young Professional (SYP) Congress held on December 22-24, 2024, at Diar El Medina Hammamet, Tunisia. The premier tech event in the country, the conference was partially sponsored by Life Member Committee student conference funding (there were 14 IEEE partners & sponsors). The conference included workshops, technical and non-technical challenges, a job-fair with booths and networking opportunities, and social activities.
The participants included 47 local student branches, 16 Section Chapters and affinity groups. There were 10 participants from the nearby Libya Section.
