The next Call for Service Learning Proposals has a deadline of 1 October.
EPICS in IEEE is seeking proposals for service learning projects focused on community-driven accessibility solutions. These projects should bring together students, faculty, and IEEE professionals with community organizations to address technological needs through the design, building, testing, and deployment of local accessible solutions.
Project Focus Areas:
- Accessibility issues
- Adaptive services
- Technology redesign for equal access
- Assistive technology development
Projects should be completed within one year and must involve IEEE members. Partnerships with local IEEE sections, chapters, affinity groups, and student branches are encouraged.
