Life Member Affinity Groups
Find your people. The Life Member Affinity Groups (LMAG) are coordinated by a Committee that works with more than 162 LMAGs located in 10 Regions worldwide.
Your current Life Member Activity Coordinator is Sudhanshu Tamuar.
Our 10 Regional Coordinators work with the officers of the local LMAGs:
- Provide training and manage the expense reporting system
- Coordinate regional activities and area committees
- Encourage local activities
- Work with region student activities coordinators to support regional student contests and conferences
- Maintain regional Life Members websites and newsletters
- Coordinate regional awards programs (LMAG achievement, distinguished service)
- Liaison to IEEE regional executive committees on behalf of Life Members
- Work with sections to create new LMAGs
