Abstract: In this talk I will cover some applications of Ultrasound. I will start with a more common, day-to-day application, i.e. the ultrasonic cleaning of jewelries. This will be followed by some more specialized applications, like de-foaming of liquids, water purification, and solid surface cleaning. A short description of the ultrasonic technology will be given, along with some example videos.
