Please join us for the November meeting of the Canaveral Section Executive Committee,
including our Life Member Affinity Group, and our joint AES/COMSOC chapter!
This is the last ExCom meeting prior to the annual banquet and will be held over pizza and salad at Kelsey's in Rockledge.
We will report on the SmallSat Education Conference and other recent events we attended. We will also discuss the banquet to be held at Red Lobster on December 14, and get updates on near term upcoming STEM / PACE projects and the bid to host the 2027 SoutheastCon Region 3 annual conference. We will review CCTS Engineer's Week planned activities, and discuss how we fit in around those events. The expectation is that there will be multiple items that require votes, and if you are a member, your vote matters!
A complete agenda will be posted in updates to this Event. The meeting is slotted for 6 PM to 8:30 PM and guests are welcome any time. However, as always, we will end the meeting earlier if we complete all business.
