The Region 3 Senior Membership Team warmly invites IEEE members eligible for senior membership to participate in a special Senior Member Roundup on June 8th, 2024, at 12 PM EDT. Eligibility requires being an IEEE member in good standing with at least ten years of professional or academic achievements. This event is designed to support qualified IEEE members in their journey to Senior Member status, providing essential nominations and reference assistance. You will need to provide your resume (using the Region 3 Senior Member Resume Template), member number, IEEE section, and email address. Participants will be matched with references for a live 30-minute introductory interview via Zoom, leading to the completion of the Senior Member nomination package.

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm: We start with an opening session focusing on Zoom familiarization, technical assistance, and a Q&A to address any preliminary questions.
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm: Hermann will introduce the day, explaining what to expect in your breakout sessions.
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Groups 1 through 4 (and possibly 5) will participate in their respective breakout sessions, scheduled in half-hour intervals.
3:30 pm – 4:00 pm: The day concludes with closing remarks and an extended Q&A session, subject to adjustments based on the day's flow.
