Join us Sunday, July 23 for the annual IEEE Northern Canada Section Barbeque at Dawson Park (10298 89 St NW) in Edmonton from noon to 2 pm. This event is 'free' to IEEE members and their families. In order to reduce the number of no-shows, we are charging $10 per adult and you will then be refunded your $10 at the venue. Please indicate the number of children attending in the 'Special Requests' field. There will be hamburgers (meat, halal and vegetarian) as well as soft drinks and snacks. This is a sheltered site with an adjacent open space so bring your Frisbees, Soccer balls, etc. We are planning to host kids' soccer and adults' volleyball games with the net set-up. Registration closes Friday, July 21 at 5 pm. Hope to see you there.
