A sub-group of CTCN and Life Member officers will meet in the AARC to conduct an exerimental hybrid meeting using our audio-visual equipment with the goal of learning how to make a hybrid meeting effective for those in the room and those online. A couple of others will join from home in order to report on the remote experience.
We may meet the goal with our existing equipment, or we may decide to purchase additional equipment, or we may decide to abandon hybrid meetings.
Agenda:
Set up a hybrid meeting and experiment to find a setup that "works" in the room and online.
