Generative AI and Agentic AI are transforming enterprise technology, yet the journey from innovation to implementation remains riddled with challenges.
This talk delves into the enterprise perspective on adopting these groundbreaking technologies, focusing on the critical gaps and emerging solutions necessary for scalable and sustainable AI integration.
Leveraging insights from Trussed AI—a leader in Programmable Agentic AI Gateways—we explore how enterprises can effectively navigate the complexities of building and managing GenAI platforms. These platforms must address user and application management, runtime governance, and the orchestration of autonomous agents, which introduce new demands for oversight and synchronization. Enterprises must holistically manage runtime risks, including security concerns such as PII exposure, jailbreaks, prompt injection, and DDoS attacks; operational challenges like ensuring availability across models and clouds, meeting SLAs, and handling usage spikes; and financial governance issues, such as controlling costs, implementing showback and chargeback mechanisms, and aligning consumption with budgets.
With the increasing autonomy of agents, governance becomes paramount, requiring enhanced oversight, orchestration, monitoring, and validation of outcomes at scale. Through real-world use cases and practical insights, this session bridges the gap between AI's promise and actionable business value. Join us to chart the path from Generative AI promises to Agentic AI profits, unlocking the potential for secure, efficient, and cost-effective AI adoption.
