The 2025 IEEE Southeastcon Student Hardware Competition was held on March 29, 2025 in Concord, North Carolina. This regional student competition was sponsored in part by the Life Member Committee. Student engineering teams from across the southeast United States demonstrated their innovation, teamwork, and technical skills by designing, building, and programming autonomous robots that must complete a series of tasks on a complex obstacle course. 

This year’s winners were:

First Prize – Clemson University

Second Prize – University of Central Florida

Third Prize – Bob Jones University

Fourth Prize – Virginia Tech
