The All India Students, Young Professionals, Women in Engineering, and Life Member Congress (AISYWLC) was held from 31 October to 2 November 2025 in Ahmedabad, India. The Congress gathered 280+ delegates from across India. The event featured a structured blend of keynote addresses, domain-specific tracks, professional development sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and networking forums.
There were two Life Member Affinity Group (LMAG) Tracks during the conference. Sri Rajagopalan, who is the Hyderabad LMAG Chair, gave a very interesting talk titled “Buds to Flower”. He described his journey to becoming a Life Member of IEEE to the students in attendance, starting from his time as a graduate trainee.
