If a member desires to use a few slides to explain more detail, about their item, then that's acceptable. However, Please provide a copy of the slides to BOTH Scott Atkinson at [email protected] and Curtis at [email protected] at least a day before the meeting.
Otherwise you can just show your item and verbally tell us about it. However, Please provide a short description to both Scott at [email protected] and Curtis at [email protected] so that we can prepare an agenda for this interesting meeting.
Hopefully we can capture your descriptions and produce a document for distribution to the members along with some pictures.
