In March 2026, the Argentina LMAG celebrated its first fraternity lunch of 2026.
It was an afternoon of networking, reflection, and strategic planning for the coming year. Key topics included continued mentorship of young professionals, preserving engineering history, and developing new technical programs and events aimed at leveraging the vast experience of the Life Members community.
“This first gathering of the year was a tremendous success,” said Patricio Castro, Chair of the IEEE LMAG. “The restaurant offered a wonderful atmosphere to strengthen the bonds of friendship that are the hallmark of our affinity group. It is through these informal yet meaningful encounters that we continue to build a vibrant and supportive community for our senior members.”
The event concluded with a toast to the year ahead, with members expressing enthusiasm for the group’s upcoming technical lectures, social events, and continued service to the broader engineering community in Argentina and beyond.
