All IEEE members are invited to a work session in support of the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology
SAMSAT is opening new meeting and exhibit space that will include a display of the IEEE Armstrong Traveling Exhibit that will open in July.
Assistance is needed to help prepare the facilities for the opening.
Tasks include:
1) Assemble a stand and mount 4 flat panel displays for a new meeting room.
This will provide an excellent meeting room that can be used by IEEE groups and for other activities.
2) Inventory, sort and curate recent acquisitions of artifacts, books and documents.
3) Cut and paint plywood panels for exhibit table
Lunch will be provided at an area restaurant.
