The 15th IEEE Career Development Workshop – Group Mentoring Pilot-
The IEEE Tokyo Section has been organizing Career Development Workshops to support students and young engineers. This year marks the 15th workshop. It invites active and former researchers and engineers from industry, research, and education as facilitators (mentors). Participants will engage in group discussions on career and skill development to shift their mindset and help shape their future careers. This year’s workshop will expand to include mid-career professionals, with experienced Life Members joining as facilitators. This offers participants the chance to network and discuss with a more diverse group. Additionally, this workshop serves as a pilot for the IEEE LMC's Group Mentoring Initiative.
