When a crisis occurs, it can be hard for on-site responders to evaluate complex scenarios. IEEE is challenging visionary individuals and teams led by IEEE members to find new solutions that enable first responders to make more informed decisions, while providing an opportunity to work with contributions from data science, GIS, emergency management, software engineering, and other fields.
